This action also requires listening skills from the same frame of reference as the speaker. Consider that usually we are trained to talk, write and read but not to truly listen – a skill that is a challenge itself.
- Design an action plan with specific tasks, dates to revise and complete them along with the names of the people assigned to doing them. Take serious responsibility and control.
